New Wellness One clinic opens at CCNC on Macon Pond Road!

Effective May 9, Activcare Physical Therapy and Wellness One have combined their physical therapy and support teams. The entire staff including physical therapists from Wellness One will become employees of and operate under the name of Activcare Physical Therapy. Patients should not experience any gap of service, and their same insurance will continue to cover their physical therapy treatments. The current Wellness One phone and fax numbers will also remain in service. Wellness One patients will have access to more credentialed insurance companies and additional hours of service — from 7am – 7pm Monday through Friday and 8am – 12pm on Saturdays.
Wellness One patients will continue to see their same Wellness One therapist at Activcare Physical Therapy’s state-of-the-art facility, just down the road at 3100 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 204.
FROM CARY/CHAPEL HILL/DURHAM, take I-40 to exit 289 to merge onto Raleigh Chapel Hill Expy/Wade Ave toward Wade Ave/US-1. Take the exit toward Edwards Mill Rd. Take a left at the light to continue on Edwards Mill Rd. Turn right at Duraleigh Rd. Turn left at Blue Ridge Road. 3100 Blue Ridge Rd. will be the first building on the right.
FROM KNIGHTDALE/GARNER, merge onto I-440 N. Take exit 5 for Lake Boone Tr. Turn right at Lake Boone Trail. Turn right at Blue Ridge Rd. turn right at the second light to stay on Blue Ridge Road. 3100 Blue Ridge Road will be the first building on the right.
FROM WAKE FOREST, take US 1 towards Raleigh and take the ramp onto I-440 W/US-1S. Take exit 5 for Lake Boone Tr. Turn right at Lake Boone Trail. Turn right at Blue Ridge Rd. Turn right at the second light to stay on Blue Ridge Road. 3100 Blue Ridge Road will be the first building on the right.
FROM WELLNESS ONE, turn right on Blue Ridge Rd toward Lake Boone Trail. Turn right at the 3rd light onto Blue Ridge Road. 3100 Blue Ridge Road will be the three-story brick building on the right.
